Very pleased with the product and the service

These saucers were just the right size and colour and hopefully frost free. One of the saucers was damaged in transit and I'm pleased to say that a replacement was sent and got to me within a couple of days. Wonderful service. Thank you.

Don't order if you want them to arrive in one piece

I only needed one saucer but had to order 3. They arrived in a large box with plenty of chunky bubble wrap inside but, in between the 3 saucers was a much lower quality of thin bubble wrap - result, 3 saucers in hundreds of pieces. I contacted them, explained the likely reason for them arriving broken. They apologised and replaced the order very quickly - you've guessed it - they arrived packaged exactly the same way and again, all three were broken into small pieces. At that point I decided to cut my losses and ask for a refund.

I am very pleased with the three dishes. The size is just right and so is the colour. Delivery was on time and I am very happy with Gardenesque, this being the first time that I have used them.
