Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Valid for pound sterling gift cards purchased online only through the Gardenesque website (www.gardenesque.com). Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gardenesque reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Gardenesque gift cards at any time. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Gardenesque digital gift cards expire 1 year after purchase. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

Gardenesque Pallet Delivery for Large & Fragile Items

For larger items (e.g., garden furniture, terracotta pots), we use Palletways for reliable, palletized delivery.

Important Notes:

• Kerbside Delivery: Delivery is kerbside unless your driveway is tarmacked.
• Contact: Palletways will reach out to arrange delivery
• Inspection: Check items on delivery and sign "damaged" or refuse if any issues are found. You have 7 days to report an issue with your delivery to us. 
• Fees: Refusals requiring redelivery may incur a fee (£35-£100). For returns or cancellations, please contact our team.
