Some products we ship are considered fragile goods, for this reason we ask that you please inspect orders upon delivery and sign 'damaged' or refuse delivery if the product is damaged in anyway. You have 7 days to report if there is an issue with your order.
Unless agreed in advance, someone must be available to accept the delivery. If you won’t be at home on the scheduled day, you can reschedule with at least one working day’s notice.
Rescheduling Your Delivery
The quickest way to change your delivery date is through the courier directly — their contact details can be found in your tracking information.
If you’d prefer, our team can arrange this on your behalf.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your order on the agreed date, a redelivery charge may apply before another attempt can be made. This will be charged at the invoiced amount and may range up to £100, depending on the size of your delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights to refuse goods that are damaged, faulty, or returned in line with our returns process. If you have any concerns, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help.
