About the Hoole Ember Steel Chiminea
A stylish, contemporary steel chiminea from our Hoole range with a modern twist. Perfect for the patio, yard or balcony to provide heat well into the evening. Complete with a removable grill and a tall chimney that directs the smoke upwards and avoids eye irritation.

To care for your chiminea, remove all the ash and debris the day after use to ensure the fire has gone out and cooled. We recommend using hot soapy water to clean the interior of your chiminea. Rinse off the soap and dry the chiminea completely as this can prevent rusting overtime. We also recommend applying a thin coat of vegetable oil after each burn to preserve your chiminea.
We recommend storing in a dry, frost-free area when not in use. Over time, the fire pit will rust, which is completely normal and adds to the traditional fire pit charm.
The fire pit should be placed outdoors on a level and fireproof surface such as stone, sand or gravel. For outdoor use only.

Order with express delivery and receive your items within 1-2 working days when ordered by 1pm the previous working day. (3-4 working days for highlands and highlands).
Our express delivery options are covered by our delivery guarantee, meaning if your order arrives later than the specified time working days, we'll refund you your delivery fee without hesitation.
The Couriers
We are proud to be working with the best couriers in the country. When it comes to fast delivery and customer service we can't be beat.
We use different carriers for delivery depending on the products being shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped via DX on their premium services. The courier will depend on the size of your order. Please leave a mobile number when placing your order so you are able to receive SMS updates. Both DPD, DX and Royal Mail will give you a time slot on the tracking information.
The other courier we use is Hathaways. This is normally for large products that come on a pallet e.g. very large terracotta pots, garden furniture or other large items. Hathaways will contact you directly to arrange your day of delivery. If they are unsuccessful in contacting you after 3 attempts, they will continue to deliver your order curbside at their earliest convenience.
Our Packaging & Sustainability Commitment
We actively try to be as sustainable as possible where we can during our packing and delivery process. The packaging we use for our products is made from 100% recycled paper, that can be recycled on once it's delivered to you. So, we kindly as of you to please dispose of our packaging thoughtfully.
Please note, our palletised delivery services are delivered curbside. If you have a tarmacked driveway the driver will try to deliver the pallet as close to your door as possible, however if door access is gravelled or grass, it will be kerbside drop off. Please leave a valid contact number so our couriers can update you if they experience any delays or queries with your delivery.
If your order is delivered on a pallet the driver is cannot take the pallet back with them in case of returns. Doing so may result in extra charges should you want to return your item. We encourage upcycling of our pallets.
If on attempting to deliver your pallet, you refuse delivery and request a redelivery date, we have a right to charge you the return delivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights to refuse goods on the basis they are damaged, faulty or in line with our returns process. If you want to cancel an order or return the goods, please contact us in advance on enquiries@gardenesque.com. Your redelivery fee will be chargeable at the invoice amount, and can vary. This can be anything from £35 - £100 depending on the weight or quantity of goods.

Super speedy delivery. Few scratches but given price and fact it’s going to be set on fire regularly I’m not that fussed. Easy to put together.
I ordered this chimnea and my payment taken. I I got an email informing me my order was on its way and then a delivery date sent. After 7 days it still hadn’t arrived so I emailed gardenesque and asked them what was happening. They informed me it was never in stock yet took my order money and even informed it was on its way for delivery. Gave me back my money but disgusted by their dreadful service allowing this to happen.
Love this chiminea! Looks really stylish and does the job! Perfect in fact. Very much recommend this product.
