Fountain is fine although even though it’s on a level base there is no way to securely fix the upright part to the base - but the biggest problem is the tap thread is incorrectly set so when tightened (which it needs to be to stop drips) the tap is facing 9 0’clock

Delivery was a little hit and miss, but once it arrived we were delighted with our water feature. The urn is absolutely beautiful, well made, very heavy, and blends beautifully with the mediterranean theme of the garden.

The delivery of this most beautiful classic timeless water feature was incredibly swift and easy!! The feature itself was easy to assemble. I can’t emphasise enough how beautiful it is to look at and yet so discreet, but I think the best part is the gentle sound of bubbly water echoing around the patio…. So calming!!!!
The added subtle lighting through the little fountain gives an evening ambiance that is just sensational!!! I cannot recommend enough 🤍🤍🤍

I recently purchased this fountain and it is as beautiful as I’d hoped.
Extremely well packaged for delivery and very easy to set up.
The LED lights around the spout/fountain opening give off a lovely warm hew and the fountain pressure is just right for that soothing trickling water sound.
I have purchased and put to use all the recommended fountain care products so look forward to relaxing in the garden for many years to come!

It is a lovely water feature- aged stone, large water pool and remote control. Dog loves it to drink from, we love it for the look and the sound of running water. The brass tap is not square on but I feel that is part of its character!. Took 22yr old godson to assemble. It’s heavy too.

I am thrilled with this water feature which looks stunning in our garden and very authentic. I have only give 4 stars because it arrived with a hose too short to reach from the pump to the tap and we had to order a replacement. Luckily DH is super handy and it was not too big a challenge to refit the new one. Also the tap when fitted tight was facing upside down and we had to file down the edge of the fitment it screws into to make it tight the right way up. Also DH had to use plumbers tape to stop water seepage round the tap fitment. However now I love it!

The water feature looks lovely, but it’s essentially just resting on a very small base and can therefore be very easily knocked over. With young children it has become a bit of a hazard as it isn’t remotely stable and could easily be toppled by a toddler. Would be absolutely fine in a child free garden, but we’re having to find DIY solutions to make it safe.

Favourite thing in my garden, absolutely stunning!

After much searching and a couple of disappointments we have finally found our perfect water feature. Just the right size, amount of sound, natural looking, blends well next to a weathered teak pergola, and a bonus of a light. Slightly darker than we were expecting but otherwise we are thrilled with it.

Excellent well made product, looks great and it works well-water gives a ‘“Tinkling” sound when running!

Great once installed. Looks lovely in situ and running. Didn't realise that a transformer was involved so had to change power approach having wanting to use existing cable in the location. Note: pump only works via remote control so can't use just mains switch. Don't lose the remote!

The product looks good but Very poor fitting instructions.
The parts for connecting the water tube are confusing.
No indication of what to do with the lights, which don't appear to fit anywhere.

Excellent water feature and easy to assemble. It is well made with a quality finish which looks great. The customer service was also great as we had a small problem with the delivery but this was rectified quickly, via telephone communication.

I am so pleased with the water feature. I was worried it might look ‘fake’ but it really is beautiful. The stone looks genuinely old (one of my friends asked if I’d got it at a reclamation yard).

Delivery was really good, with lots of email communication about when to expect it. Came well packaged on a pallet.

There was only the most basic set of instructions though and I really struggled but I called Gardenesque (no answer) and then emailed. I had a call back within about half an hour and it turned out that he hadn’t even seen my email, just saw a missed call and phoned back. I explained my problem and he talked me through how to set everything up. So helpful and patient.

I would definitely recommend the product and am already looking at another water feature from them.

Delivery fees were a bit steep but given the professionalism and helpfulness of the firm delivering, I was happy.

My only other piece of advice is that the hose was coiled into the body of the feature, so I needed to get my hand in either from the top or bottom of the body to pull it out. That was hard - my arms weren’t long or skinny enough, so some engineering with a cane was required! It would be a much easier job with two people helping.

Water feature fits in perfectly to my cottage garden. Great customer service answering all questions I had. Very efficient delivery. I would buy again from this company.

Just what I have been looking for and blends into its location perfectly. From order to delivery everything was seamless. Easy to assemble and connect up. Only small annoyance is that the tap water outlet when screwed tight in to place is upside down so it leaks around the tap but can probably be easily resolved but not quite sure how yet.
Looks great and the sounds of the water is delightful.

A beautiful & unique water feature which looks even more amazing when you receive it. There was a bit of an issue at when first received but Laurence was amazing at dealing with it & got it all sorted asap so we are very happy customers.

Really beautiful water feature- easy to install and looks amazing. It’s designed to not be completely perpendicular, but as I have it against a wall, we did a bit of jiggery pokery to make it sit more upright. The tap delivers a strong but adjustable flow

I am delighted with this water feature. It looks authentic and I am impressed with the quality of the item, so much so, it looks as if I smuggled it out of Pompeii! I bought it when there was a 20% discount and will certainly look to purchase from Gardenesque again. Prompt reply to my order and informed as to when it as out for delivery.
