5 Year Arlington Garden Furniture Guarantee
We believe outdoor furniture should be as enduring as it is elegant. That is why we are proud to offer a 5-year structural guarantee on our Arlington collection as a testament to the craftsmanship, materials and considered design that define our pieces.
To activate your guarantee, simply complete the registration form below within 30 days of your purchase. This helps us keep a record of your product and ensures we can support you swiftly should you ever need assistance.
What is not covered
- Surface scratches, chips, fading or natural weathering of wood and finishes
- Hairline cracks, movement in grain or other age-related characteristics in timber
- Fabric fading, pilling, zips or deterioration from normal use
- Damage from incorrect assembly, misuse or accidents
- Furniture that has been stored in damp, unventilated conditions or left uncovered in prolonged rain or frost
- Mould or mildew caused by damp storage or poor ventilation
- Use of pressure washers, bleach or abrasive cleaners
- Movement or deterioration caused by lack of basic maintenance (e.g. not re-oiling wood regularly) as outlined in the care guide
- Furniture used in business premises, hospitality venues, holiday lets or any commercial environment unless agreed with us in writing beforehand.
- Modifications, repairs or adjustments carried out by anyone other than Gardenesque or our authorised partners
To ensure your guarantee remains valid and your furniture performs well for years to come, we recommend the following:
- Cushions should be stored indoors when not in use
- Covers should be used during prolonged periods of bad weather or throughout winter
- Wooden components (e.g. acacia) should be cleaned with warm water and re-oiled annually to maintain appearance and weather resistance
- Avoid placing hot items directly on surfaces and clean spills promptly to reduce staining

Making a claim
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at enquiries@gardenesque.com with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs showing the fault
- Proof of purchase
We may ask for additional details or, in some cases, request the return of the item for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy — either a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of stock.
Please note: Any claim must be raised within the guarantee period. Replacements or repairs do not extend the original guarantee term.

- Your guarantee starts from your purchase date.
- The guarantee is valid for products delivered within the UK
- It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Guarantee rights are in addition to your statutory consumer rights
