Materials

Each wooden garden armchair is made from responsibly sourced eucalyptus – a hardwood chosen for its natural durability, rich grain, and weather-resistant qualities. Left untreated, the timber will gracefully silver over time, blending beautifully into the natural surroundings. The season-proof cushions are covered in a soft, oatmeal fabric that’s water-resistant and easy to care for, making these chairs as practical as they are elegant.

Your Repton set has been designed for lasting comfort and style, with weather-resistant materials that will age beautifully over time. To help it stay in its best condition for many seasons, please follow the guidance below.

Wood Care

The eucalyptus wood has been treated with a coloured wood oil to help protect it from rotting and drying. We recommend re-treating with a suitable outdoor wood oil a few times each season to further prolong its life.
Dust regularly with a clean, dry cloth.
Wipe up any spills immediately with a damp cloth, then dry the surface with a clean, dry cloth.
Never use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, as these can damage the finish.
Avoid placing the set on uneven surfaces.
Do not drag furniture; always lift when moving.
We recommend storing the set indoors during the winter months, or using a breathable, weather-resistant cover when not in use.

Cushion Care

While the cushions are made from season-proof fabric, they should be stored in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain their appearance and performance.

For light marks, spot clean using water, taking care to rinse thoroughly, then allow to air dry completely.

For deeper cleaning, always refer to the care label and
follow the recommended instructions.
