Your Repton bench has been designed for lasting comfort and style, with weather-resistant materials that will age beautifully over time. To help it stay in its best condition for many seasons, please follow the guidance below.

Wood Care

  • The eucalyptus wood has been treated with a coloured wood oil to help protect it from rotting and drying. We recommend re-treating with a suitable outdoor wood oil a few times each season to further prolong its life.
  • Dust regularly with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Wipe up any spills immediately with a damp cloth, then dry the surface with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Never use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, as these can damage the finish.
  • Avoid placing the set on uneven surfaces.
  • Do not drag furniture; always lift when moving.
  • We recommend storing the set indoors during the winter months, or using a breathable, weather-resistant cover when not in use.

Assembly

Please follow the enclosed assembly instructions carefully to ensure your furniture is assembled safely and correctly.

Simply beautiful

I can't fault this bench. It's elegant, well made, easy to put together and really comfortable to sit on. I've had mine for over a year, in all weathers, and it still looks new.

Small

The description states it comfortably seats three - however whilst it seats 2 fine, 3 would be a squash - you would be right up against each other. The seating area is only 112cm so thats only 37cm per person.

It looks fairly attractive.

Great garden bench

Delighted with this bench. Relatively easy to put together- just had to re-drill one hole as it wasn't deep enough. Very comfortable & good looking.

Great bench

Very pleased with my new bench - ordered one day and it arrived the next day, with a precise one hour time slot given. It was assembled (not by me though!) quickly and without any problem. The colour is lovely, it looks stylish and is an asset to my little garden. As others have said, it’s more of a two-seater, although it can seat three people. You do need a cushion to sit comfortably, as you do with most benches I think. An excellent company and I’m enjoying sitting on my new bench and reading a book when the weather’s fine!

Donachie review photo

Reston Queen Eucalyptus Bench Seat

I absolutely love this bench, excellent customer service, excellent customer support, speedy delivery and easy to put together. I thought it would be more grey but it’s more like a very light beige/ grey colour which goes perfectly with my rattan furniture

Perfect!!

Been looking for ages for a seat for a small area of the garden. Visiting good friends and they had 2 Repton Queen benches in their garden. We loved them! Came home and ordered one immediately- arrived within 2 days, but slight problem in that I got two of the same side pieces. One email later and the amazing Henry in customer services had everything sorted and the correct side piece was with me within 1day. Took 30 minutes to construct and it’s now in pride of place and looks awesome!!

Repton Queen eucalyptus bench

Really fast delivery/ 2 days from ordering! Very easy to put together- I did it by myself although admittedly would have been even easier with 2 people. It’s not really a 3 seater - it’s a normal 2 seater bench size. Great colour and shape I’m really pleased with it.

Lovely bench

Love our new bench! Looks great in our courtyard, it’s the perfect size for a 2 seater and it looks great with the high back which gives it a very classic look. Was very easy to assemble and it generally feels very sturdy and good quality.

Great little bench

Nice smaller size and a bit different to the usual park bench style. Colour looks aged already so doesn’t look obviously brand new. Very happy with it!

Beautiful Bench

We ordered the Repton Queen Two-Seater as a memorial bench, in honour of my parent's 64th Wedding Anniversary. My Dad died 20 ys ago, and all the 'big' anniversaries went by, remembered, but uncelebrated. Theirs was a life-long love, and so, even though Dad is no longer with us, we decided to buy this bench (attaching a sweet plaque) for my Mum, to remember a man she loved, our Dad.. The bench was delivered within 24 hours of order. Excellent service and the bench is beautiful. Thank you so much Gardenesque!

Where can I buy a cushion for the size of this bench?

Gardenesque

Hi Mireille, thanks for your question. We do not supply cushions for this bench but we recommend Amazon, Dunelm or Etsy for some custom made cushions. Hope this helps.
