Prize Draw T&C's:  INSTAGRAM IMAGE COMPETITION GIVEAWAY - CHANCE TO WIN A £50 GARDENESQUE VOUCHER! 

1 - Gardenesque Instagram Image Competition. Win a £50 Gardenesque e-gift voucher. Competition Launches 13th June until 1st July 2024.

To enter, simply post a photo of your gardenesque plant pot (potted up) to your own instagram tagging in @gardenesque_uk, or you can direct message us on Instagram with your images. There will be no preference as to the method of entry, and each image shared will count as a separate entry. This is a UK only competition.

2 - The promotor of this competition is Gardenesque, part of the Joust Group (formerly Unit 18 ltd), company number 11306121. By entering this competition, the entrant/participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3 - 1 x winner will be picked at random from all the valid entries. Images entered after the competition closing date midnight 1st July 2024 will not be valid. Images submitted before the starting date of the competition will also not be eligible for the competition.

4 - In the event that a non-eligible participate is picked, we will rerun the random image picker until an eligible winner has been chosen.

4 - This competition is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales) who have a mainland UK delivery address.

5 - The competition is not available to Joust Group employees, all contractors and families, suppliers or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.

6 - The prize consists of: 

• 1 x £50 Gardenesque e-voucher to spend on www.gardenesque.com

7 - We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. We reserve the right to cancel the promotion in the event of catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.

8 - The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date by Instagram DM and announced on our Instagram Stories.

9 - You will need to have purchased a gardenesque plant pot to be able to enter a valid image. You will also need a valid Instagram account and an internet connection in order to enter. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet, pot or plants.

10 - The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize from the date that they are contacted as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.

11 - We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, not featuring one of our products, abusive or offensive, fraudulent or based on misconduct. We do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed, for example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software.

12 - Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13 - By taking part in this competition, the participants consents to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion and marketing activity associated with the promotion. This includes allowing us to reshare your images (even in the event you do not win) for marketing and advertising.

14 - Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes outside the competition without the individual's prior consent. 15 - This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
