Our Messina Terracotta Planter combines the heritage of French renaissance design with Italian quality craftsmanship. It’s a refined take on the classic Anduze style, featuring an elegant, tapered silhouette with Italian festoon garland detailing. Hand made the traditional way, and designed for both functionality and beauty, the Messina makes a striking addition to your garden. The perfect pairing for small tress and floral planting displays.

The advanced firing techniques used to bake the clay ensure a high-quality, strong product that endures the unpredictable British weather. Designed for year-round outdoor use, the Messina Terracotta Pot is naturally anti-freeze certified, ensuring durability in colder climates. To maintain its finish, we recommend using pot feet to aid drainage and prevent moisture buildup. In winter, wrapping the pot in horticultural fleece can provide extra insulation. For optimal plant health, add a layer of gravel or broken terracotta at the base before planting. Avoid placing the pot directly on bare soil to prevent water retention.
