Hello, thank you for taking the time to write to us. We are due these in by the end of the month. If you send us a message using the contact us page I can make sure we notify you the second they are back in stock.
FREE DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £40+
Orders under £40 incur a £2.99 delivery fee. All orders £40 or more are delivered free of charge.
Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days but in a lot of cases this will be significantly shorter as we aim to dispatch products within 24 hours of you placing the order.
We are proud to be working with the best couriers in the country. When it comes to fast delivery and customer service we cant be beat.
We use two carriers for delivery depending on the products being shipped. The majority of our orders are shipped via DPD on their premium service. Please leave a mobile number when placing your order so you are able to receive sms updates. If your order is shipped with DPD you will receive a 1 hour time slot.
The other carrier we use is Tuffnells. This is normally for large products that come on a pallet.
If your order is delivered on a pallet the driver is not expected to take the pallet back with them.
SOME PRODUCTS WE SHIP ARE CONSIDERED FRAGILE GOODS, FOR THIS REASON WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE INSPECT ORDERS UPON DELIVERY AND SIGN 'DAMAGED' IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY.
Changing your mind?
If your return is within our policy below please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return/refund/exchange
Our returns policy lasts 30 days if you change your mind. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or return.
We do ask that you inspect all products upon delivery and if they are damaged to be signed for "DAMAGED"
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return for you
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email email@example.com and we will help arrange a collection for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and we have arranged the return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items
