I ordered this pot shortly before Christmas and sadly it arrived broken into several pieces. On contacting the seller I found them to be extremely apologetic and helpful. A replacement arrived in time for Christmas and is beautiful. I would highly recommend both the company and their louden pots.
I bought a beautiful pot from gardenesque unfortunately it was broken when it arrived emailed gardenesque straight away and they were absolutely fantastic they apolised and reordered the pot which arrived two days later. I will most definitely be using this company again. WELL DONE Gardenesque
I bought the smallest pot and the largest pot in Louden Oxford Blue. Although they were extremely well packed, the larger one got broken in transit. I contacted customer service and had an immediate and very polite response and the pot was replaced very quickly. I am delighted with the very attractive pots.
I searched for months to find the perfect pots for my flamingo trees (it's a nickname as they turn pink!)
These ones are so incredible- attractive, unusual, large.
They really make an impact!
And delivery was amazing
I ordered 3 of these - Small, medium & large. Unfortunately despite being very well packaged, the medium pot was broken when it arrived. I emailed the company who immediately sent out a replacement pot. I am very pleased with them - very good quality and they look lovely as a set.
